Kristen O'Dell, FNP
Meet Kristen O’Dell, a Family Nurse Practitioner with almost 20 years of experience. Born and raised in Fort Montgomery, NY she is a long time local. Her educational journey began at the University of Florida, where she earned her BSN, and continued on with the prestigious Columbia University where she earned her Master’s degree.
Her professional journey has since led her through various avenues of healthcare, including critical care, Burn ICU, Trauma ICU, Neonatology, women’s health, prenatal coaching, breastfeeding and postnatal support. Her calm demeanor and listening skills have made her a fan fave among her weight loss and HRT clients. As a certified health coach, she has helped 100s of clients lose weight and stay motivated to keep it off.
She has a passion for anti-aging, medical weight loss, and overall wellness and vitality.
But don’t let her professionalism fool you- because beyond the stethoscope, she’s just as passionate about paddle boarding, hiking, lake life, and knitting as she is about patient care. With her supportive husband and their three energetic little boys, you can often find them at their Ice Cream Shoppe in Highland Falls.
